CFT is suitable for automatic coating and filling of tablets, capsules, coated tablets, pills, as well as lentils, beans, or ball-shaped objects with a diameter from 5 to 20 mm into bottles, tins, etc. The changeover from one set of filling parts to another and from one object shape to another can be done in a few minutes. Tablet and capsule are counted using filling or counting tracks. Coated tablets and similar objects are counted with a rotating disc. Capacity depends on the size of the object and capsules range between 1500-1800 per hour. All contact parts are made of S.S, anodized aluminium alloy or plastic.
