All parts that come in contact with formulations are of stainless steel.

MMI PLC Controlled the Discharge chute for start up, shutdown and sampling is
      optionally available ( under development).

All cams and gear drives of the machine are made in house from In-house alloy       steel hardened and ground to fine tolerance using European Top Of the Line State-
      of-the-art CNC Machines and processed in special fluid bed heat treatment furnace
      in house for life long operation.

KR range is equipped with AC Variable Frequency Drive for unmatchable ease of
      operation to optimize the machine even for the trickiest of the formulation.

Information of Powder in capsule products required : Name of the formulation and
      recipients used, desired fill weight, sieve analysis, tapped bulk density, loose bulk
      density.

Information required for pellet in capsule products : Name of the formulation and
      recipients used, desired fill weight, sieve analysis, loose bulk density.
